Nick is Co-Founder and Managing Director. A highly experienced change consultant, he worked for 13 years independently and as an employee/ Associate of other consultancies before setting up Integral Change. Before that he led a non-profit organisation focused on the leadership of corporate responsibility issues.

Sarah has 15 years international experience consulting to global organisations designing and delivering change leadership interventions for diverse multi-cultural teams. She has been a Chartered Psychologist since 2002 and her first book, Life-Changing Conversations, was published in 2012. Sarah coaches on leadership programmes at Saïd Business School.
Catherine is our Education Programme Director and currently works largely with Head Teachers and other leaders in the education sector. She has an MPhil in Development Studies and has previously worked for Bristol City Council, pioneering the city’s Green Capital partnership working. Catherine is an ILM accredited Level 5 coach and is an accredited facilitator with the Association of Facilitators.
Kevin has been an HR leader within various businesses and is founder/owner of organizational development consultancy ‘Talk is Action’. He specialises in helping organisations and their leaders to grow their dialogue skills, so enabling generative conversations to flourish across the whole system. Kevin is the creator of SoundWave – a profiling tool which underpins and supports this work. He is also a Visting Lecturer at Cranfield University.
Jeff has worked with us to produce a range of creative designs over the years including our Five Qualities icons. An experienced visual artist and graphic designer who recently exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Jeff’s current work is focused on painting, sculpture and installation. He also has a strong interest in public and community arts and helps manage a small charity that runs art sessions for older people.
Carla has a Masters in Management Learning and Leadership and has worked as a coach, facilitator and culture change expert for global companies, the United Nations and various NGOs. She has taught at IMD and INSEAD Business Schools where she co-directed executive development programmes focusing on sustainability and corporate responsibility.
Neil is the originator and designer of the Dominant Needs Analysis (DNA) psychometric and is the co-Director of his own values-based consultancy, Song People Ltd. A former investment fund manager, head of group property at Wates and professional artist, Neil has a keen interest in the application of evolutionary psychology to organisational issues such as leadership and culture change.
Jez is our ‘man in France’ – planning, running and co-leading bespoke team and leadership development experiences at a wonderful chateau in the Dordogne. A former Lieutenant Colonel in the British Army and operating at the highest levels of security and defence, he is a wholly reliable leader of outdoor expeditions – biking, caving etc. – as well as an expert in the application of the cardinal Greek virtues to leadership issues!
Achim has facilitated change and strategic decision-making in global organisations for 13 years as a manager, executive coach and latterly as a consultant. He has particular insight into the Pharmaceutical, Agricultural and Chemical sectors and in-depth experience working in South America and continental Europe – delivering in English, Portuguese or German as required.
