This research report is an investigation into the leadership potential, work experiences and support preferences of 20-30 year olds in the UK.

Against a backdrop of rapid change and a significant need for leaders to be adaptable, strategic and innovative, we wanted to find out what Millennials bring in terms of these sought-after capacities, and how this is being welcomed and nurtured.

We gathered input during June-August 2016 from participants drawn from a wide range of sectors. Our report sets out our findings and makes clear recommendations for next steps.
