As awareness of the perils of climate change grows and legislative threats multiply, pressure is growing on organisations to come up with an appropriately ambitious, yet targeted and deliverable, approach to reducing their carbon 'foot-print' through attention to carbon reduction.

  • build the leadership skills and capacities required to lead the organisation through to continuously improving levels of 'carbon performance'
